Devotional
God’s love doesn’t operate on our terms or conform to our expectations. Unlike human love, which often comes with conditions and limitations, God’s love remains constant regardless of our response. Even when we’re running away, He pursues us. When we’re angry, He stays patient. When we’re broken, He offers healing. This unconditional love isn’t based on our performance or worthiness – it’s simply who God is and how He relates to His children. Just as a parent continues to love a defiant child, God’s love persists through our moments of rebellion and resistance.

When was the last time you experienced God’s love despite feeling unworthy or resistant?

Gracious God, thank You for Your persistent love that never gives up on me. Help me to fully embrace and rest in Your unconditional acceptance. Amen.
