Devotional
We often catch ourselves making quick judgments about others. Maybe it’s the person who cut us off in traffic, or the coworker who seems to always get away with doing less work. We might think, ‘They deserve what’s coming to them.’ But this mindset reveals more about our hearts than their actions. God sees things differently. In His eyes, we all stand on equal ground – all loved, all in need of grace. This truth can be uncomfortable because it challenges our natural inclination to rank ourselves above others. Yet understanding this fundamental equality before God is the first step in grasping His incredible love for us.

How might your interactions with others change if you truly believed that God loves them exactly as much as He loves you?

Prayer
Lord, help me see others as You see them. Remove my tendency to judge and replace it with Your perfect love. Give me the humility to remember that we all stand equal before You. Amen.
